About me

Several years ago, I made a profound decision within myself: to give full space for my life-affirming energy to unfold. 

 

The impetus to embark on my journey came from the dogs. They touched something within me that I had long denied myself and others: to be myself, free, as alive and brilliant as I desire.

 

I was tired and frustrated, doing things and being someone that didn't feel true to me.

At the same time, I was afraid to show myself freely and authentically. Genuine connection and closeness with other people were challenging for me for a long time.

 

Dogs helped me open up where I had closed off inside. They helped me take responsibility for my own life and free myself from what held me back from becoming who I want to be - a person who lives their strengths unconditionally and expresses their essence without restrictions.

My decision to choose myself and no longer suppress my nature allows me today to live a life (with my dogs) that aligns with me. Of course, this journey never ends.

 

My journey has taken me to various places where I've lived closely with dogs and horses.

I observed their interactions and studied their essence closely. Alongside many wonderful people, I discovered many different ways to be with oneself, with life, and with animals.

 

Supporting you in living according to your own essence, discovering and strengthening inner resources brings me tremendous joy. And doing so together in companionship with a dog, even more.

 

Through my work, which has been shaped by numerous rich life experiences and is continually evolving, I

support you in living connection with yourself.

Currently, I live in the south of Portugal with my two dogs, Buka and Nanouk.
